Description: Basic one-day course offering an overview of first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home.

- Breathing and circulation emergencies
- First aid for respiratory and cardiac arrest
- Wound care
- CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) skills for adults
- Provide first aide to Choking, haemorrhaging people, or suffering from a burn or fracture, and more
Objective / Certificate: Certificate recognized across Canada after passing the exam (valid for three years)
